Learned counsel for the appellants submits that unfortunately, appellant has died during the pendency of the present regular second appeal and no legal heir has come forward on his behalf to pursue the present regular second appeal.

Keeping in view the fact that the appellant has died as stated by learned counsel for the appellant herein above, the present regular second appeal is disposed of for want of prosecution with liberty to revive the present regular second appeal, in case, the legal heirs of the appellant are still interested to get the decision of present regular second appeal on merit. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
