Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 327 dated 8.11.2014 under Section 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Ballabhgarh Sadar, Faridabad.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this court on 09.9.2015:- "It is inter alia contended that earlier the name of petitioner was kept in column No. 2 of the challan and now he was summoned as additional accused in terms of Section 319 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the interim bail furnished by the petitioner before the Trial Court, in pursuance to the order dated 09.9.2015, is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
