(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.610 dated 02.10.2024 registered under Sections 308(4), 351(2), 111(3), 61 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [Section 111(5) of BNS and Sections 25(6) & 29 of the Arms Act, 1959 added later on] at Police Station Indri, District Karnal. 2.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press the instant petition and contends that taking into consideration the period of custody already undergone by the petitioner, the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the conclusion of the trial.

Learned State Counsel does not oppose the aforesaid prayer. He however contends that the prosecution shall take all efforts to expeditiously conclude the prosecution evidence at best within a period of 06 months from SUMIT SINGH GUSAIN 2026.02.24 16:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
