RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0065 dated 06.08.2017 registered under Section 61 of the Excise Act at Police Station Sadar, Sunam, District Sangrur. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Gurtej Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him nor he is required for further custodial interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 21.08.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
