**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 56 dated 25.6.2018, registered under Sections 452, 354, 342, 323, 380, 148, 149 IPC, Police Station S.G.N. Dev Thermal Plant, Bathinda.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 26.7.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that cancellation report has been prepared though it has not been approved yet. She further submits that petitioner has joined the investigation.
