Appellant is present in-person and has stated that he does not want to pursue the appeal. To the same fact is his affidavit (Annexure A1), attached with the application.

In view of the above and the statement made by the appellant, who is present in person with his counsel, application is allowed. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Disposed of.
