RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 43 dated 26.03.2015 registered under Sections 21 and 29 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Amrik Singh, states that in terms of the order dated 21.08.2017, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and furnished the bail bonds and surety bonds to its satisfaction.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 21.08.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
