M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks concession of regular bail in a case registered on the basis of secret information alleging that he had made an attempt to sell the stolen truck by tampering chassis and registration number. Challan has already been presented. State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Kuldeep Singh, informs that the petitioner is not involved in any other case of similar nature and that the FIR regarding theft of the truck stands registered in Maharashtra.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 26.4.2015, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. (M.M.S. BEDI) JUDGE September 14, 2015.
