RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, fairly states that since the appeal of the petitioners against the judgement of conviction is pending, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioners to apprise the learned appellate court about the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties and also the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Narinder Singh Vs. State of Punjab, 2014 (3) SCC (Crl.) 54, so as to pray for an appropriate relief. Permission is granted.
