(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner Kalai Selvi Rasiash in complaint bearing No.COMI 594/2015 dated 01.08.2015 titled as "Rajinder Singh v. Kalai Selvy Rasiah and another" under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC.

In four connected cases, petitioner has been granted bail subject to deposit of `1.00 crore (One Crore only) before the trial Court on undertaking of cousin of the petitioner, namely, Mr. R. Sundar Rajan s/o M. Ramiah, resident of 31/51, Chamen Road, Nandanam, Chennai (9894076668).
