NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Perusal of the order sheets shows that on the last date of hearing i.e. 18.02.2020 also, the petitioner had gone un-represented and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had passed the following order:- "No one is present on behalf of the petitioner. Though earlier also for non-appearance of counsel for the petitioner, the present petition was dismissed for non-prosecution, however, in the interest of justice, case is adjourned to 16.04.2020.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted in the case.

In view of the above, this Court has left with no other option except to dismiss the instant petition for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
