ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.47 dated 20.05.2017 registered under Sections 457 and 380 IPC at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 31.08.2017 passed by this Court, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and join the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Bhagwan Singh, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.08.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
