(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.159 dated 19.08.2016, registered at Police Station Kalayat, District Kaithal, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 354(D), 354 (A) IPC and Section 8 of the POSCO Act (Section 10 of the POSCO Act and Section 509 IPC added later on).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has now been amicably settled between the parties. CRM-M-31362-2016 -2Kailram took place in which the petitioner has suffered injuries. Further the doctor has opined that the injuries could be caused by friendly hand. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.09.2016, passed by this Court whereby ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
