H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This is a petition for pre-arrest bail filed by petitionerKaramveer Singh @ Gogi, an accused in FIR No. 0069 dated 9.7.2017 under Sections 61/1/14 of Punjab Excise Act, Police Station Bahavwala, District Fazilka.

As per allegations, on secret information a picket was laid, Innova vehicle No. DL-4C-NE-1194 was intercepted, recovery was effected. The petitioner was not present at the spot. His case is that neither the vehicle was in his possession nor the recovered vehicle belongs to him.
