(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, do not press the present petition and submits that since 06 PWs out of 08 prosecution witnesses, have already been examined, the trial Court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Devender Singh, has no serious objection to the submission made by counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of being not pressed and the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
