SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondents to present final report by conducting fair and proper investigation in case/FIR No.0093 dated 18.04.2017 under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 82 of The Registration Act 1908 registered at Police Station Tripri Patiala, District Patiala. Learned State counsel submits that according to the instructions and as per the affidavit he has received from Sukhamrit Singh Randhawa, PPPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police City-II, Patiala on behalf of respondent No.1 to 3, challan has been filed under Section 173 Cr.P.C. on 30.08.2018 against Sukhchain Singh and therefore the petition has been rendered infructuous. Inasmuch as the prayer of the petitioner, in the present SANGEETA 2022.10.29 13:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-31439-2018 -2petition, was with regard to conducting of fair investigation and to complete the same, as it was pending since 18.04.2017 is concerned, the same stands redressed.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel hereinabove, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of, as such.
