(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case having FIR No.356 dated 30.3.2022 registered under Sections 323, 34, 452, 506 IPC at Police Station Shahabad District Kurukshetra. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of order dated 2.5.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. ( 2 ) CRM-M-18382-2022 (O&M) The State counsel on instructions from ASI Sushil Kumar has not refuted the aforesaid assertions raised by the counsel for the petitioner and further submitted that the petitioner is not required by the police for any further investigation or for custodial investigation. State counsel further submits that recovery has already been effected in this case. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 2.5.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
