Mr. Kirat Singh Sidhu, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. *** Learned State counsel submits that as a result of x-ray report, injury on the head of injured Gurdev Kaur has been found to be simple in nature. Although he has contended that the weapon used in the incident has not been recovered from the petitioner but counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per prosecution story, the petitioner was having an iron thing as such it is a very vague condition The petitioner is stated to be aged about 18 years. Under the circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 21.8.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
