Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 155 dated 6.7.2017, registered under Section(s) 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Head Constable Buta Singh, submitted that despite orders dated 31.8.2017 and 3.10.2017, passed by this Court, petitioner has not joined the investigation.

In view of above, the present petition is without any merits and the same stands dismissed.
