(Oral) Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent's authorities to take legal action against the private respondents as they have ruined her life. In this regard, representations dated 26.05.2016 and 20.06.2016 (Annexures P-2 and P-3) have been given to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (respondent No.3) to investigate the above-said case in a right manner but no action has been taken thereon till date.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (respondent No.3), to look into the representations (Annexures P-2 & P-3), filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
