**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 1 dated 03.01.2017 under Sections 406/498-A/34 IPC, registered at Police Station NRI, Bathinda. Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the matter stands compromised between the parties and the compromise deed has also been reduced into writing on 06.03.2017. The photocopy of the compromise deed dated 06.03.2017 has also been placed on record today, which is taken on record as Annexure A-1.
In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 01.02.2017 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
