(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.69 dated 04.07.2017 under Sections 379-B, 452, 427, 354, 506, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Panjtoor, District Moga. This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 21.08.2017 :- "Heard.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that a reading of the instant FIR would show that allegations are non-specific, as to who would be guilty of offences under Sections 379-B, 452, 427, 354, 506, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code. It is contended that no recoveries are to be made from him and he is ready to join the investigation. Notice of motion for 11.12.2017.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for investigation any further.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State confirms the aforesaid fact.

Since the petitioners have joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 21.08.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
