This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 227, dated 19th November, 2020, under Sections 302, 307 read with Section 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.3, Jalandhar. This Court vide order dated 5th July, 2021 granted the interim bail to the petitioner subject to joining investigation. Learned State Counsel, on instructions SI Jaswant Singh, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and cooperated, challan stands presented.
