(Oral) Prayer in this criminal writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus to release the detenue namely Gaurav, husband of the petitioner, from the illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 9.

Counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner is the wife of the detenue - Gaurav and he is in illegal custody of the private respondents No.4 to 9, who are the parents and relatives of the detenue - Gaurav.

In compliance of the order dated 18.06.2020, the detenue - Gaurav is produced before this Court through video conferencing by the SHO, Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal. On the asking of the Court, the detenue - Gaurav has stated that he want to stay with his parents.

Admittedly, the detenue - Gaurav is major and since he has stated that he is not in illegal custody of his parents, the present criminal writ petition is disposed of as no further action is called for. (ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN) JUDGE 26.06.2020 yakub Whether speaking/reasoned:
