& $! Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. K.P. Singh, Advocate on instructions from his client has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition however, with a prayer that trial be expedited in view of the custody period of the petitioner. Allowed to do so.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial by giving short adjournments and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months.
