The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.78, dated 07.03.2021, registered under Section 302 IPC at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Balvir Singh submits that the entire evidence has now been completed and the case is now listed for final arguments.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 4.
