Mr. Ashish Aggarwal, Advocate for the complainant. *** Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the petitioners were arrested in this case and then granted regular bail, this petition praying for quashing of order dated 21.8.2014 passed by Additional Sessions Judge( Adhoc), Amritsar as well as order dated 7.8.2010 passed by JMIC, Amritsar declaring the petitioners as proclaimed offenders has become infructuous and it be disposed off accordingly. Dismissed as infructuous.
