***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) On the asking of this Court as to what arrangements, petitioner No.2 - Tarsem Singh is willing to make for his children from the 1st wife, no satisfactory answer could be given.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, however, submits that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. In view of the aforsaid submission, the instant petition is hereby dismissed as withdraw.

It is, however, directed that as and when any of the petitioner files any petition in this Court, a copy of this order shall be annexed with such petition.
