Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition as petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial Court.

In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned trial Judge is directed that in case petitioner surrenders before him within one week from today and moves an application for grant of bail, if any, the same shall be decided within a period of one week thereafter.
