As per the office noting, notice issued to the counsel for the appellants was returned with a report stating that the name of Mr. Kamna Kumar Jain was not found in the Bar Directory. Despite repeated calls, none has appeared on behalf of the appellants. Hence, it seems that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal any further.

Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
