Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing DDR No.24 dated 09.07.2018, under Sections 323, 325, 34 IPC, Police Station Sadar Budhlada, District Mansa, in FIR No.44 dated 09.07.2018, registered under Sections 380, 427, 323 and 34 IPC, Police Station Sadar Budhlada, District Mansa and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (P-2). CRM-M-15862 of 2019 --2-- appeared before the trial Court on 14.05.2019 along with photocopy of receipts of `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Budhlada, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.67 dated 18.05.2019, duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Mansa, vide letter bearing No.3640 dated 20.05.2019. According to the report, ld. Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Budhlada, is satisfied that compromise has been voluntarily entered into between the parties. Compromise is genuine and without any pressure or coercion. No accused has been declared as proclaimed offender. Considering the report of ld. Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Budhlada, dated 18.05.

2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid DDR No.24 dated 09.07.2018, in FIR No.44 dated 09.07.2018, registered under Sections 380, 427, 323 and 34 IPC, Police Station Sadar Budhlada, District Mansa along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only.

Disposed of accordingly.
