       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.34 dated 17.02.2021, registered at Police Station City Pehowa, District Kurukshetra, under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC.

Vide order dated 18.05.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manpal, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
