ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) The learned counsel representing the petitioner admits that in view of the following stand taken in para 4 of the affidavit dated 19.05.2023, the writ petition is required to be disposed of as infructuous:- "4. That in compliance of the decision taken by the respondent a District level committee was constituted of having principals of different schools for re-verification of experience of the petitioner vide order No.EST.2023(E-1) 2724-27 Dated 21.04.2023 Copy of the same is annexed herewith as Annexure R-1 and department re-verify the Experience of the Petitioner issued by Tagore Century Public Sr. Sec. School Behrampur Road Gurdaspur with effect from 20-03-2003 to 31-08-2007. As per the report submitted by the committee, the experience certificate of the petitioner (Monika) submitted at the time of recruitment with effect from 20-03-2003 to 31-08-2007 is found as genuine. Copy of the same is annexed herewith as Annexure R-2. Therefore, the claim of the petitioner in view of the above state facts is accepted."

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
