***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Counsel for the applicant submits that an amicable settlement has reached between the parties and the petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, has been filed, wherein statements of first motion have been recorded.

In the given circumstances, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to revive the same, if the petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, does not fructify.
