By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of Criminal Complaint No. 17 of 01.05.2017 titled as "Davinder Kaur Versus Deepika and others" pending in the court of Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala (Annexure P-1) and summoning order dated 01.06.2018 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala (Annexure P-3) under Sections 451 and 506 of IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complaint itself stands withdrawn by the present petitioners, and thus the present petition has been rendered infructuous and same may kindly be disposed of as such. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
