(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. is for transfer of petition dated 24.04.2018 bearing No. MNT/125/152/2018 titled as 'Veena Rani Vs. Sanjeev Kumar', under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending before the District Judge (Family Court), Bhiwani to the Court under the jurisdiction of District Judge, Panchkula. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the main petition filed by the respondent under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has already been decided by the Family Court vide order dated 06.08.2022 by awarding maintenance to the respondent-wife to the tune of Rs.8000/- per month.
Perusal of the order sheets would show that the petitioner had gone un-represented for the last 05 dates i.e. 26.08.2019, 26.11.2019, RISHU KATARIA 2023.07.18 16:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant petition. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
