(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 27.05.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had appeared before the Appellate Court and had also furnished the requisite bail bonds there and in these circumstances, no cause of action survives any more to proceed further with this petition and he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
