Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioners at appropriate position in the seniority list of Mewat cadre of Education Department, Haryana, as per their seniority against their merits. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending legal notice dated 20.02.2024, Annexure P-5, in a specific period.

Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice, dated 20.02.2024, will be decided by respondent No.2, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within three months.
