RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the respondents particularly respondent No.4 to release brother of the petitioner, namely, Sahil Kumar and sister-inlaw (Bhabhi), namely, Pooja from the Safe Home, Panchkula. It is averred that now there is no danger to the life of the brother and sister-in-law of the petitioner. Therefore, they want to go home. In view of above, respondent No.4 is directed to release Sahil Kumar and Pooja from the Safe Home, Panchkula, at their own responsibility.

Disposed of.
