AJAY TEWARI, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.575 dated 25.6.2010 under Sections 302/34/120-B IPC, P.S City Hisar.

A bare perusal of file reveals that for the last three dates, none has been appearing for the petitioner.

Learned state counsel points out that the petitioner has since been acquitted by the learned trial Court thereby rendering the present petition infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
