As per the report of the Registry, notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the endorsement that no such person found/posted in the office. Despite sufficient opportunities, no steps have been taken by the appellant to pursue the present appeal. The appellant remained unrepresented on the last two consecutive dates of hearing, i.e., 20.01.2026 and 13.11.2025, and even today, no one has appeared on his behalf.

In these circumstances, it is evident that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present appeal pending on the docket for an indefinite period.

It thus appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
