(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of FIR No.89 dated 24.07.2016, registered at Police Station City Sunam, District Sangrur, who have been booked for having committed an offence punishable under Section 306 IPC. At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from investigation officer, has informed that the petitioners have joined the investigation on 26.08.2016 and at this stage, their custodial interrogation is not required.
In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 07.09.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute.
