(ORAL) [1] Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, as have been raised herein, before the trial Court at appropriate stage including his plea to the effect that the FIR came to be lodged against the petitioner under some misunderstanding, which has now been resolved and also the plea that it is the other persons named in the FIR but not arrayed as accused, who could be saddled with responsibility.

[2] In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
