This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to official respondents to get conduct the free and fair investigation in case FIR No.42 dated 29.03.2022, under Sections 451, 336, 506, 148, 149 IPC and under Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Mullanpur, District S.A.S. Nagar, from some senior Police Officer, not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police and thereafter to proceed ahead in accordance with law. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.
