Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C') for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.243 dated 02.12.2023, under Sections 21, 25 & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 379 & 411 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (added subsequently), registered at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana.
