M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Petitioner claims that he is a professional photographer running a Studio in the premises which is the subject matter of litigation with his landlord. Apprehending threat to his life and liberty, he has filed this petition for a direction to the police officials not to harass him at the hands of his landlord. Notice of motion to the Advocate General, Haryana. On asking of the Court, notice has been accepted by Mr.C.S.Bakshi, Addl. A.G., Haryana, present in the Court. Copy given.

I have heard the counsel for the petitioner and I am of the opinion that there exists some tenant-landlord dispute in which the petitioner has already obtained an interim injunction order. There are allegations of violence and threat in the representation submitted

CRM-M-30570-2015 (O&M) by the petitioner to the Inspector General of Police, Hisar Range, Annexure P5 dated 5.9.2015.

Without expression of any opinion regarding the truthfulness of the allegations, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, to look into the representation Annexure P5 dated 5.9.2015, and ensure maintenance of peace and apprehension of violence by any party. It will be open to the authorities to either file the complaint or to take any action in accordance with law to prevent breach of peace. It will be appreciated in case the necessary steps are taken within a period of two months after the receipt of a certified copy of the order. (M.M.S.BEDI) JUDGE September 9, 2015.
