H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition since the petitioners intend to approach the Court of Sessions in the form of challenging the summoning order by filing the revision petition. However he submits that the trial Court may be directed to pass some orders for exempting appearance of petitioner-accused Ram Niwas Sawalka, who is aged about 83 years and Uma Devi, aged about 76 years. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the trial Court is directed to exempt the personal appearance of petitioners No. 2 and 3 on an application being filed by them, containing an undertaking by their counsel to appear in the Banita Chugh 2018.07.27 17:57 I am the author of this document
