**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction be issued to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to conduct a fair and impartial enquiry into the murder of her son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner Rajni Rani has since expired and no one has come forward as per the information provided by Mr. Amandeep Singh, Advocate representing the petitioner in the trial Court and none of her legal heirs contacted him. In view of the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.
