Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.195 dated 07.11.2017 under Sections 307, 447, 427, 323, 148, 149 and Section 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural. Notice of motion was issued. Learned State counsel appeared and contested the petition.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that petitioner is named in the FIR. He was stated to be armed with baseball bat.

CRM No.M-31558 of 2018 -2keeping in view nature and gravity of the case and in the facts and circumstances of present case, where fire arm injuries have been received by Jass Kaur, Harjit Singh, Bachitar Singh, Gurjant Singh, Kuljit Kaur, Prabhjot Kuar and Muskan, no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to him.
Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
