Present appeal pertains to the year 2000. As per office report, Mr. K.K. Garg, Advocate, counsel for the appellants has been informed vide letter No.9847 dated 06.07.2024. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Notice issued to Mr. Rajinder Goyal, Advocate, who was earlier representing respondent No.1, has been received back with the report that his client has taken away the brief. Mr. J.K. Goel, Advocate counsel for respondent No.2 has also duly been informed by the Registry vide letter No.9848 dated 06.07.2024. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
